As Head of E-Commerce at INTERSPORT Switzerland, in the role of PO, together with the INTERSPORT Digital Hub in Amsterdam, I further developed and optimized the online shop www.intersport.ch based on SFCC for the needs of the Swiss market. In doing so, I implemented omnichannel features such as C&C, Ship from Store and Drop Shipping.

In my role as Head of Online Shop & Mailorder, I was responsible for the personnel and technical management of JACK WOLFSKIN's Swiss online shop. Together with JACK WOLFSKIN, I defined and optimized processes and their procedures.

At the leading global digital agency VALTECH.com, I was responsible as Sen. Commerce Consultant & PL for the implementation of the MARS M&M's configurator, which was developed based on composable commerce principles. This enables the user to personalize their M&M's and the matching packaging.

Owner (PO) was largely responsible for the conception of the myLeister web platform. I defined the future strategy and led its implementation as Program Manager.

In my role as Head of Store Marketing, I was responsible
for all sales promotion activities.
The primary goal of these activities was to increase customer frequency in
to increase the JACK WOLFSKIN STORES costs efficiently.
In addition to classic cross media campaigns, I initiated and successfully implemented cross marketing campaigns with selected partners.
Together with those responsible at JACK WOLFSKIN, I initiated and implemented various sponsorship projects.
The aim of each sponsorship was to increase brand awareness, either among a corresponding target group or at a specific location.

In my role as project manager, I was responsible for various projects such as store construction, renovations and relocations.
The following tasks were delegated to me:
• Site evaluation
• Conducting negotiations with partners and landlords
• Planning of the shopfitting with architects and shopfitters
• Conducting preliminary construction discussions with building contractors and electricians
• Contract award
• Cost control
• Opening and moving communication


INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
During my employment at Zimtstern I was responsible for international expansion. In this position
As International Sales Manager, I opened up the markets in ES, UK, BENLX, IT, RU and CZ . In a second stage, as Sales Director Overseas, I acquired the strategically important markets USA, CAN, JP and South Korea. A main focus was on the North American market. For this market, I handled the brand registration and opened a showroom in Whistler, BC
opened and planned, organized and successfully implemented various trade fair appearances and product presentations in the USA.
SUPPLYCHAIN MANAGEMENT

Summit Lifestyle Technologies GmbH was a leading supplier of roller sports in the Swiss sporting goods industry. Under the trademark SUMMIT SK8BOARDS, the company designed and developed its own products and sold them in national and international specialist and wholesale trade.

SEASON ACTIVATION CAMPAIGNS E
Based on a consultation request, I designed a 360° omnichannel activation campaign for a well-known Swiss sporting goods distributor. The goal was to boost sales in a specific product category by CHF 500,000 during the autumn/Christmas season.

Our SUMMIT SK8BOARDS product line was developed by
Distributors and agents in Germany, the Netherlands, England, and the USA handled international sales. In Switzerland, we served more than 150 specialist retailers as well as key accounts such as Athleticum and Ochsner Sport.

FEASIBILITY STUDY ONLINE SHOP
In January 2017, I was commissioned by Koellmann AG to prepare a feasibility study for the implementation of an online shop. The aim was to clarify whether the project had real market potential and to determine whether the available resources were sufficient for successful implementation. Although the conclusion was positive, the project has unfortunately not been implemented to date .
